CANCELLATIONS
Rapha order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of rapha products; all sales are final and are not subject to return or refunds. If your receive an incorrect product(s) please contact us within 24 hours of receiving order.

Items purchased in a partnering salon or spa must be returned to that store. Please refer to each individual store return policy for details.
DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving order.
There are no cash refunds for damaged orders. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on replacements.
